McIntyre Ventures is proposing a 100+ acre community for
students, entrepreneurs and thriving companies focused
on entertainment and supporting technologies. The Park
will provide students and tenants a campus that
encourages collaboration and interaction with
Nashville’s unique music, technology and entertainment
communities to produce a variety of content, social
media, mobile solutions and applications.
Park
support teams will scale engineering departments,
introduce students and entrepreneurs to professional
services providers, developers, writers, performers and,
provide temporary management teams. The Park will
educate and have access to top-tier students, create
jobs, provide needed facilities for local university and
other performing arts programs and, attract creative
talent from other areas.
Pantheon Park infrastructure will include a variety of
IT and A/V studios, film lots, office space and a
residential component for boarding students and student
families.. Additional land will be available in five
acre tracts for proprietary campus environments within
The Park for established companies relocating to
Nashville. We want to help Nashville fill the gap!

The Pantheon Park project is the culmination
of work by a small group of well-connected Nashville
and Los Angeles based entrepreneurs and industry
leaders. Pantheon Park will be a focal point and
gathering place for members of Nashville's creative
class.
The Park will be a place where proven, creative
ideas and their developers work with entertainment
and technology industry veterans, successful
entrepreneurs and seasoned management professionals
in an environment designed specifically for them.
“To instruct, encourage and enable student/entrepreneur/accelerator graduates to commercialize next generation games, entertainment, applications, and a variety of other content.”
From the inception of our project
through today, we have emphasized that the key component
in this project is education. We believe the right
education programs, integrated into the Pantheon Park
model, will help Nashville build a workforce with the
skills needed to attract, grow, and retain talent and
businesses.
